4D recently ran the latest in our series of ‘Tech Heads’ events at G-live in Guildford. Speakers on the night included Mark Hill, Director at TEOS, who covered the ins and outs of the Internet of Things, and Alan Fuller, Technical Director at Fullworks, who gave some creative insight into the role of productivity in innovation.

The night provided lots of learning, engaging conversation and overall great fun (and not only because of the free bar).

Congratulations goes to Jonathan Owen from ePartner Consulting for winning our ‘Suggestion Competition’, involving proposing the most interesting / eye-opening topic to be addressed at a future Tech Heads gathering. We hope he enjoys his meal for two at the Booklands Hotel!

Without ruining the surprise of the winning topic, here are the 4 finalists:

  • ‘The impact of fast pace tech’
  • ‘Will robots take my job?’
  • ‘Educating the next generation’
  • ‘Improvements in wearable / retina technology’.

Surrey Tech Heads meet approximately 4 times a year and offer a chance for informed networking and a variety of interesting and relevant speeches.

If we have piqued your interest, please register for the next Tech Heads events by emailing marketing@4d-dc.com.

Thank you to everyone who attended and we look forward to seeing you at the next one!
