Why colocation?
Rob Thomson says: “We run a hosting service for our clients that requires a high level of customisation in the hosting architecture. We find that colo centres are the most effective way of providing a cost effective solution to our clients – off the back of our own hardware!”
The 4D Data Centres experience
Rob says that when Marotori first installed its kit at 4D’s Surrey data centre, the staff were polite, technically competent and able to help debug initial connectivity issues. Since then, the experience with the technical team has been good with prompt response when problems have arisen. Overall, Rob thinks that 4D offers good value for money and would be prepared to recommend 4D on the basis that we provide good service at a fair price.
