Manage Assist (this is the basic system management and monitoring of your server)

- Applications Management (Support for Microsoft Applications & Major 3 rd Party Applications, Patching & Updates for Applications, Configuration Changes on Applications)
- Windows 2003 Server Monitoring (Bios Information, System information, Remote Reboot etc)
- Application Monitoring (MSSQL – Instance & Server information, MySQL – Instance & Server information)
Proactive Monitoring (Pings, DNS Lookups, Website Page Comparison Checks) - Network Device Monitoring (SNMP Traps, Syslog Messages)
SNMP Get Queries (CPU, Bandwidth, Link Status etc.) - Alerting (Via Email and Visual Feedback)
- Display & Feedback (Real-time feedback through ASP.Net AJAX and Silverlight)
Administrator Support (this is the advanced system management, monitoring and administration of your server)
- Everything included in the ‘Manage Assist’ option
- Ongoing administration of standard Microsoft and Linux applications & databases (i.e. setting up Exchange Accounts and Privileges)
- Ongoing administration of FTP and VPN access (i.e. setting up new users or modifying exiting user privileges)
- Please note this level of support is only offered subject to an application review by one of our technical engineers (free of charge)
