    Proactive Monitoring (Pings, DNS Lookups, Website Page Comparison Checks)
  • Network Device Monitoring (SNMP Traps, Syslog Messages)
    SNMP Get Queries (CPU, Bandwidth, Link Status etc.)
  • Alerting  (Via Email and Visual Feedback)
  • Display & Feedback (Real-time feedback through ASP.Net AJAX and Silverlight)

Administrator Support (this is the advanced system management, monitoring and administration of your server)

  • Everything included in the ‘Manage Assist’ option
  • Ongoing administration of standard Microsoft and Linux applications & databases (i.e.  setting up Exchange Accounts and Privileges)
  • Ongoing administration of FTP and VPN access (i.e. setting up new users or modifying exiting user privileges)
  • Please note this level of support is only offered subject to an application review by one of our technical engineers (free of charge)
