4D Data Centre

Partners

What makes a good partner?

According to Google search, it’s someone that’s a good listener, straight talking, trustworthy and approachable*. These are all attributes most people (and companies) aspire to, so what makes 4D Data Centres different?

Well, one of the reasons 4D has made it into the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 is that we work hard at building effective and profitable working relationships with our partners.

Working with businesses large and small

Over the years, we have worked closely with some of the biggest IT consultancies and colocation resellers to provide their clients with a genuine alternative to the larger (and more expensive) colocation providers in the market.

"A good partner is a good listener, straight talking, trustworthy and approachable"

The definition according to Google

But equally, we have a diverse portfolio of much smaller IT companies that work closely with us to allow them to provide a complete turn-key solution for their end-users.

Getting to know you

We’ve found most of our partners have their own niche market and particular style of working, which is why we first take the time to visit their offices to get a better understanding of their business. By listening and understanding our partners’ businesses from the outset, we don’t need to ask silly questions later.

Junking the jargon

For partners that haven’t worked with a colocation provider before, we pride ourselves in being as technical or non-technical as is required. We use plain language to explain how colocation works and how our business could potentially integrate with theirs.

Personal but professional

Trust and openness is important to us too but we understand that our partners may want contractual back-up so we’re happy to provide them with Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements.

Finally we have always been and will continue to be friendly, professional and approachable. If you don’t believe us, why not take the first step in forging a new partnership by calling us today?

*Google also mentions good looking, funny and financially stable, but modesty prevented us from pushing the metaphorical boundaries.
