To make sure we continue listening to our clients’ needs, if you have one or more racks with 4D, we’ll give you your own account manager and direct contact details - it’s all part of our promise to deliver 24x7x365 service.
We‘re big on the important things like reliability, security and competitive pricing and we’re also big on the little things, where attention to detail really counts. For example, we provide a range of support facilities that our clients’ technical staff really value. These include:
- 24x7 onsite access to servers
- 24x7 Remote Hands and Skills support
- 15 minutes free Remote Hands and Skills support each day
- Client build room
- Onsite stock of commonly used components and cables
- Free delivery acceptance and short term equipment storage
- Individual client lockers for component and tool storage
- Onsite kitchen and rest area for client’s staff
- Free wifi connectivity
