Cages and Suites
Nothing says secure like a big metal cage. As well as industry-standard racks, each of which is constructed from secure metal frames, solid metal side panels and meshed doors with combination locks, we offer bespoke cages and suites for our more security conscious clients.
Managed Services
Our in-house tech team can provide a range of IT consultancy services for colocation and connectivity. Common requests we get include: firewalls (which to use, how to set them up), working out the network configuration for a new system, or administrating servers and databases. Less common requests have included: re-cabling and labelling a whole rack and pizza (where to get some and how good). No matter how big or small, we can help.
Server and Network Monitoring
Having invested a lot of time, money and resources into making sure our servers and networks are well-maintained and monitored, we’ve become pretty good at it. So we thought, why not offer our knowledge and experience of server and network monitoring to our clients? So we have. And we call it ‘4D Monitor Assist’. Remote Hands
We offer various packages of ad hoc technical support and ‘remote hands cover’. All our support services are delivered by our in-house team of colocation gurus who are available round the clock. Disaster Recovery
As part of their business continuity planning, some of our clients have disaster recovery (DR) systems set up in geographically diverse locations. Through our existing network of partnerships with reputable, independent colocation providers in and around London, and farther afield if required, we can provide a complete DR solution.
